Have a Merry Whatever
This guy in the coffee shop standing on his soapbox [read: barstool] and gets all nutso about how over the top P.C we've become. It's a melting pot, he said--therefore you can wish someone whatever the hell you want for the holidays.
I suppose things like that, coupled with the fact that they are trying to jam Christmas down our throats come Halloween eve and that every single party I was invited to all fell on the same night [of which I already had plans] I guess I'm feeling less jolly than I am feeling like a balloon that had the wind sucked out of it.

I tend to agree w/ your guy in the coffee shop. This PC'ness is starting to get on my nerves, too. Yeah, it's all nice and sweet to care about other people's feelings, but I feel like we (the US) is losing it's identity as a melting pot of nationalities. Aren't we all living in the US, because we can express our individuality? Then, why do we have to have PC'ness that curtails our belief if it may be offending to another culture. These days, it doesn't have to be offending. There only has to be the potential of offending some group...
i hate all of it.

i think it should be done away with.
and?!?!?
i hate people who thnk they can proselytize wherever they want.
